RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK OFFICER
As a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer at S’TOURS, you will play a key role in providing a professional and warm welcome to our clients, visitors, and partners, while handling various administrative tasks. This versatile position will also involve contributing occasionally to specific tasks for management.
Under the supervision of the Administrative Services Manager, your main responsibilities will include welcoming and directing visitors, managing the phone switchboard, and collecting and relaying information between internal and external teams. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing mail, as well as organizing and archiving administrative documents.
This position offers a rewarding experience in reception and administrative management, with the opportunity to develop skills in organization, communication, and customer service while supporting management’s tasks.
- Technical skills: Excellent proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken French. Good command of English.

As a Business Travel Intern Consultant at S’TOURS, you will play an integral role in managing and organizing corporate travel arrangements for our clients. Under the supervision of Team Manager, you will assist with booking, tracking files, and coordinating with service providers to ensure the highest level of service delivery. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the travel industry, including the opportunity to work with AMADEUS and other key systems.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office) and basic knowledge of AMADEUS.
- Languages: Fluent in French and intermediate in English.
- Personal qualities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Advantages: Previous experience in travel or administrative management would be an asset.
