As a Receptionist / Front Desk Officer at S’TOURS, you will play a key role in providing a professional and warm welcome to our clients, visitors, and partners, while handling various administrative tasks. This versatile position will also involve contributing occasionally to specific tasks for management.
Under the supervision of the Administrative Services Manager, your main responsibilities will include welcoming and directing visitors, managing the phone switchboard, and collecting and relaying information between internal and external teams. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing mail, as well as organizing and archiving administrative documents.
